How to sell

Use the Phone sales terminal. Remember to keep it and the printer charged — sales will not work if either battery is flat.

Sell

1. Ask what they want to buy (time or data — matching how your shop sells).
2. Take the customer's money.
3. On the Phone sales terminal, tap the correct button.
4. Tap Yes. Give them the slip.

Also remember

1. No paper came out → tap Reprint last on Sell. Do not sell again.
2. Void a sale → tap Sales → match the slip to the sale in the list → tap Void. You cannot undo Void.
3. Tell the customer: join your shop WiFi (no password) → scan the QR. If the scan fails, the slip has a web address and the code.
4. Each month: after you pay the fee, open Seller's Portal (bottom of Sell) and enter the new monthly PIN when the Phone sales terminal asks.
